LGB

LGB (Lehmann Gross Bahn), meaning "Lehmann Big Train," is a German brand of model trains famous for its G-scale models. It was introduced in 1968 by Ernst Paul Lehmann Patentwerk, a company with roots dating back to 1881. LGB trains became renowned for their durability, weather resistance, and intricate craftsmanship, making them ideal for outdoor garden railways.

The first LGB model was the Stainz locomotive, an Austrian narrow-gauge engine, and it set the standard for the brand's reputation in quality. Over the years, LGB expanded its range to include replicas of iconic trains from around the world, such as the Glacier Express and the Durango & Silverton. Today, LGB continues to be a favorite among hobbyists, celebrated for its realistic details and reliable performance.

If you're a fan of trains or considering starting a collection, LGB is a great place to dive in!
