Condition: Excellent and Tested. This item was fully inspected and runs very good with both front and back operations along with smoke and sound. Sound installed in tender. We added a New Traction tire and checked the gears. We found issues with any operations. There are visible marks and exterior wear. We also detailed it and removed the dust from sitting on a shelf. The box shows normal shelf wear.
